Day 2 of Training
Today went pretty good until we got to Window's Movie Maker. My group had a view problems with uploading a video, but despite our set back our group still reared on. I thought that the Movie Maker is still a very useful tool, and can't wait to find ways to use it in my school, community, and even my personal life. I already knew about PowerPoint but still found some new and useful information about it that i either didn't know about it or i forgot. I'm excited to share it with my teachers and believe that they will find it very helpful.

ReplyDeleteI must agree that even though I thought that I knew PowerPoint.....there was information that was covered today that I did not know about.
ReplyDeleteThese are the kinds of issues that you'll likely find yourself running into in the schools as well. Sites that you want to use will be down or possibly even blocked, and you have to start thinking of other possible solutions. It can be frustrating, but moving on like you guys did is what it takes to succeed. Good job working through the issues today, and I'm glad to see that youre excited to use MovieMaker again in the future.
ReplyDeleteI was familar with Power Point. After today, I have learned so much more. When we talked about transitions, I thought about how students have to make transitions from one grade to another. I guess the pictures represent the actual move and the transitions make the move easy.

I agree about the forgotten Power Point tools. I've created a number of presentations, but there's always something new to learn.
